It's a scary thought. I never thought of t.v., computers, or various other electronic devices as "raising" children today, but it's true! The question is - how do you find a balance between helping your kids be "with it" and tech savvy but not totally overwhelmed by technology?
Yep, Brian and I are definitely going to have to talk about this one when we have kids.

Ditto! We went to a play last weekend and some of the kids couldn't even pay attention when it was slower. One boy liked the slapstick but complained loudly the rest of the time. So sad! I feel like TV, internet, & video games disable kids' attention spans to "slower" activities like watching plays, reading & even conversing at length.
